Credit Release Authorization: I am either a principal of the credit applicant below or a personal guarantor of its obligations and authorize release of any credit reference information for the company and individuals listed above including credit bureau reports, loan, lease, checking, saving, and trade accounts to Ferrantino Fuel Corp. and/or its affiliates. Such authorization shall extend to obtaining a personal credit profile in considering this application and subsequently for the purposes of update, renewal or extension of credit, and for reviewing or collecting the resulting account.
Terms of Payment: If credit terms are approved and unless other terms are agreed upon in writing with Sellers Credit Department, all charges shall be paid on a net basis according to the net terms or due date stated on the invoice subject to the credit limit assigned. (Terms vary according to product purchase). To the extent that purchase remains unpaid beyond the net due date or the invoice, Seller may assess late payment charges at the maximum rate allowable under State law. Buyer agrees to reimburse Seller for all collection expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred in connection with the delinquent amounts. Buyer consents to exclusive jurisdiction over and by the Courts of the State of New York.
